Manage Team Devices and Edit Device Records in the EVERYWHERE Hub

Admins can manage devices by team in the EVERYWHERE Hub. You can expand a team to see its members, open the device list, and update a device record when something needs to change. This guide shows you how to find a device under a team and edit its details.

Before you start:

  • You need admin access to the Hub.
  • The device must already belong to a team you can manage.

Steps:

  1. In the team list, click the expand arrow next to your parent team to view its devices and subteams.
  2. Find the device you want and click Expand to open its summary.
  3. Find the Device Record that you want to edit.
  4. Click the Pencil Icon at the end of row to edit device record.
  5. Update the field with the information you need.
  6. Click the checkmark to apply and save your changes.

Good to know: Your update saves to the device record once you click the checkmark, and other admins on the team will see the change.

Who can edit a device record?

Any admin with access to the team the device belongs to can open and edit that device's record.

Will other admins see my changes?

Yes. Once you save, the update applies to the device record and is visible to other admins on that team.

What can I edit on a device record?

You can update details such as the device alias and the Notes field. Use these to keep records clear for the rest of your team.
