Before You Start
Make Sure:
- You have a smartphone or tablet that is up to date.
- If pairing, have Configuration Key ready or an E-mail assigned to your device in the Hub.
Step 1: Open the App Store
- On Apple devices, open the App Store.
- On Android devices, open the Google Play Store.
Step 2: Search for EVERYWHERE App
- In the search bar, type: Everywhere Communications.
- Look for the app with the orange Everywhere logo.
Step 3: Download the App
- Tap Download or Install.
- Wait for the app to finish installing.
Step 4: Open the App
- Tap the app icon on your home screen.
- Follow the on-screen steps to sign in.
Note: There are two versions of the Everywhere Mobile app.
1. Companion App (Paired): When paired, the inReach device handles all satellite messaging and SOS functions, while the app adds functionality and an easy-to-use interface.
2. Safeguard App (Standalone): A standalone safety tool for users within cell and Wi-Fi coverage.
