Managing Your EVERYWHERE App Notifications

You can customize the push notifications you receive on your smartphone from the EVERYWHERE App. This lets you focus on the alerts that matter most, without being distracted by unnecessary interruptions.

How to Customize App Push Notifications

All notification management is done in the EVERYWHERE Hub, not within the App itself.

  1. Log in to the Hub

    • Go to the Devices page.

    • Find and select your device from the team hierarchy.

    • ⚠️ Note: If you don’t have your own Hub account, you’ll need to contact your system administrator to adjust these settings on your behalf.

  2. Open the Mobile Notifications Tab

    • Once your device is selected, click the Mobile Notifications tab.

  3. Toggle Notifications On/Off

    • You’ll see options for different categories of push notifications.

    • Toggle each one on or off based on your needs.


Types of Notifications You Can Manage

You have granular control over the following categories:

  • Messaging – Chat Notifications
    Alerts when you receive a direct or group message.

  • Emergency – Enter and Exit Notifications
    Alerts related to SOS or emergency states (when entered or cleared).

  • Geofence – Enter and Exit Notifications
    Alerts when a teammate enters or exits a geofence.

  • Check-in Notifications
    Alerts when a check-in request is sent and when it is responded to.

  • News Alerts – Factal News Alerts
    Push notifications for Factal-powered news alerts integrated into the EVERYWHERE Hub.
